Payroll Slip
The payroll slip (pay stub) is a document detailing the employee’s salary, deductions, bonuses, and other payment-related concepts.
When is it delivered?
The payroll slip is sent to the employee’s email no later than 3 business days after payment.

Payment Dates
- 15th of each month: For employees with biweekly contracts.
- Between the 25th and 27th of each month: For employees with monthly contracts.
Important: The bank deposit may take up to 1 business day to reflect in your account, depending on the destination bank's processing policies.
Recommendations
- Check your inbox and spam/junk folder.
- Ensure your email address in OnTop is up to date.
- If the payroll slip contains errors, report them within 5 days after payment.
