1. Meeting
Once the employee starts working, the Employee Care Analyst schedules an onboarding meeting with the employee.
Before arranging the meeting, the EC Analyst must inform the AM about the meeting, and the AM must inform the client.
2. Mail
After the meeting, the Employee Care Analyst sends an email to the employee with the relevant information.
3. Accompaniment
Every 2 or 3 months, the Employee Care Analyst sends a friendly email to employees to remind them that we are here to support them with whatever they need.
If desired, a meeting can also be held between the EC Analyst and the employees.
Legal Benefits
- Vacation: They must be requested from the client and he is responsible for reporting them through the platform. (15 days/year - proportional to time worked)
- Bonus: It is equivalent to an additional salary, paid in two equal parts of 50% each. These are paid in June and December.
- Health - Pension - Severance: Contributions are made on a monthly or annual basis (severances) to the entities where each employee is previously affiliated, as reported upon entry.
- Connectivity bonus: It is an extra salary bonus granted to do work from home. The amount is defined by the client.
- Family Day: 2 days a year, 1 per semester; 1 day (January - June) and 1 day (July - December). The client reports it. (They are not cumulative)
