Hiring Process
- Request: The client submits the hiring request through the platform.
** We do not hire between the 20th and 31st ** - MSA & KYB: The Employee Care Analyst checks if MSA, KYB, and the security deposit are completed. If not, the process does not start.
- Welcome Mail: If everything is ready, the analyst sends the welcome email to the employee.
- Employee: Upon receiving the welcome email, the employee must:
- Upload documentation via Typeform
- Create an OnTop account
- Complete the KYC process
- Documentation: The analyst reviews the employee's documentation.
- KYC: The compliance team verifies and approves the process.
- Medical Appointment: The analyst schedules the medical appointment for the employee.
- Medical Report: The employee attends the appointment and the coordinator reviews the report.
- Contract: The analyst creates the contract and sends it to the legal team.
- Contract Signing: The employee signs the contract via Zapsign.
- Platform: The contract is uploaded to the platform to activate the employee.
