Sometimes, transfers don’t go as planned. But don't worry, there's usually a simple reason, and fixing it is super easy.
Delays when to be concerned and what to check
Note that processing times depend on the method, country, holidays, and provider windows. If you see “Completed” but the money has not arrived, non-business days like weekends and holidays have an impact on transactions timeframes.
Bank transfers (local/international)
What to expect: Local currency transfers usually settle within 1–3 business days; International transfers in USD can take between 1-5 business days.
Checklist: Verify account holder name and account number or SWIFT, be aware of any holiday or weekends that can affect the acreditation times.
Crypto
What to expect: Typically shows quickly after on-chain confirmations; if the network is congested or if it is your first transfer it can take up to one business day.
Checklist: Confirm the correct network, wallet address, and that the destination exchange/wallet supports that network. Higher amounts may be subject to compliance reviews.
Card transfers
What to expect: From minutes to hours; in some cases up to 1 business day.
Checklist: The card must be eligible for payouts; name/cardholder must match, daily/transaction limits not exceeded, and no processor maintenance ongoing.
Payoneer, Zinli and Astropay
What to expect: Usually fast, but can be delayed by operational windows or additional validations.
Checklist: Active and verified account, daily/monthly limits on their platforms.
