Charges from your Ontop Wallet and account
- Monthly charges? No. We do not apply any monthly charges just for having money in your Wallet.
- And due to inactivity? We get it, sometimes things go slower. But if there are no contracts or transactions in two months in a row, a small $10 USD fee .
Rates for your Ontop Card
- Digital and physical cards: Both Ontop cards, the digital and physical cards, have no issuance, activation or monthly maintenance fees.
- Sending physical card: If you want a physical card, there is only one $20 USD shipping and handling fee . The good news is that if you are a member of our "Reserve" plan, this fee is on us.
- Currency conversion: When you pay in a currency other than USD with your Ontop Card, a standard Visa currency conversion fee will apply For Example: If you pay in EUR in Europe, the amount will be converted automatically to USD by Visa and a fee dor conversion will applied by them, the same happens with all currencies different from USD.
