- November 10, 2025: This is launch day for your new card.
Your 3-Step Plan for a Seamless Switch
- Keep Spending: Continue to use your current Ontop Card for all your purchases as you normally would until the end of the day (We will let you know when)
- Activate Your New Card (On November 10) Log in to your Ontop account. Your new virtual card will be waiting in the ‘Card’ section, ready for you to activate with a click.
- Update Your Subscriptions Once your new card is active, use the new details to update any recurring payments (like Netflix, Spotify, or work software) to ensure your services continue without a hitch.
Getting Your New Cards
Q: What do I need to do to get the new virtual card? Nothing at all. On November 10, the new card will automatically appear in your account, ready for activation.
Q: What about my old physical card? That card will also stop working on November 10. After you activate your new virtual card, you can easily order a new physical card from the ‘Card’ section.
