We believe in being transparent about fees, so here's a quick guide to what you can expect when using your Global Account and Card.
Global Account Fees
- Monthly fees? Nope. We don't charge any monthly fees just for having money in your account.
- What about inactivity? We get it, sometimes things are slow. But if your contract with your company has ended and there's no activity on your account for two months straight (no transactions, transfers, or card purchases), a small $10 USD fee will be applied every two months until there's activity again.
Ontop Card Fees
- Digital and physical cards: Both your digital and physical Ontop Cards come with zero fees for issuance, activation, or monthly maintenance.
- Physical card delivery: If you want a physical card, there’s a one-time shipping and handling fee of $20 USD. (Good news for our "Reserve" members: this fee is on us.)
- Currency conversion: When you pay in a currency other than USD with your Ontop Card, a standard currency conversion fee from Visa will apply.
