How the Payment Tracker works 📊
You can check your payment status directly on the home screen of the app. The steps you'll see are:

Step 1: Payment is being validated.

Step 2: Payment is being transferred.

Step 3: Payment completed! 🎉
How long will it take for my payment to arrive? ⏱️
Payments are processed and sent to your bank account within a maximum of 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). ⚡ It may even arrive sooner, depending on your bank!
What should I do if I haven't received my payment? 🤔
If your payment hasn’t arrived after 3 business days:

Check the Payment Tracker to confirm the status.

Contact us on our WhatsApp channel for further assistance.
How can I update my bank account? 🏦
If you need to update your bank account, you can do it directly from the app as long as the payment is not in its final processing stages (steps 1 and 2).

Go to the "Send Money" section.

Find the account you want to update and click the "Change Account" button.

You're all set! You can now modify your bank account details.
