This is how your subscription works: how we calculate rates, where to see your data and how payments are processed.
How does your platform subscription work?
We use a subscription model. You pay a monthly fee to continue using Ontop and all our payroll services.
How are platform subscription fees calculated?
Your rate depends on how many active seats* you have during the month. It's that simple.
Depending on your plan, billing works in one of two ways:
- Pay per Contract – A pay-as-you-go model based on your active seats. Your fee varies monthly.
- Fixed Plan – A pre-committed number of seats at a fixed monthly rate.
Not sure which plan applies to you? You can check it under the platform subscription section. Click on your last generated invoice — if it shows detailed per-contract information, you are on the Pay per Contract plan. If it only shows the contract model and seats charged, you are on the Fixed Plan.
*A seat refers to every contractor with an active contract on your platform.
How to see your platform subscription and invoices?
Need to review your plan or download an invoice?
Follow these steps:
Click on your (or your company's) name in the top right menu
Select platform subscription in the dropdown menu
There you will see everything.
