My teams help you organize contractors by role, project, location or any structure your company needs. They make it easy to manage large teams and keep the hiring and onboarding process organized as you scale.
When should you use equipment?
Use equipment if:
You manage contractors in different roles, areas or locations
You hire frequently and want to maintain order from day one
You need a clearer structure of your workforce as your company grows
How to create a team
Go to People
Click My Teams
Select Create Team
Enter the team name
(Optional) Assign a Team Manager
💡 The Team Manager They are optional and can be added or changed later.
How to assign workers to a team
You can assign teams from two different places:
Option 1: Assign from Team Manager
Ideal for bulk assignments.
Go to People → My Teams
Open a team
Click Assign workers
Use the search and filters (country, state, etc.)
Save changes
Option 2: Assign from Onboarding or Active view
Ideal for quick adjustments or ongoing onboarding processes.
Go to Workforce → Onboarding or Active tab.
Look for the worker
Click + Assign Team
Select a team and confirm
What happens after assigning a team?
The team appears in:
Workforce lists
Onboarding tables
You can edit or reassign teams at any time
Teams help keep your workforce structured as it grows

No. Team Managers are optional.Can I change a worker's team later?
Yes. Workers can be reassigned at any time.Do teams automatically affect payroll?
The teams do not modify the payroll automatically, but they help you to filter workers and create pay lists by team , making payroll setup faster and more organized.
