1. Give your Browser a Fresh Start (Hard Refresh)
Clear Ontop cache without affecting other sites.

2. Log out and log back in
It sounds basic, but it refreshes your session and eliminates temporary errors.
3. Clear your Cache and Cookies
Old data can interfere with new updates. Clear your browser's cache and cookies to start fresh.
4. Use Incognito Mode
Open a private/incognito window. If the problem disappears, the culprit may be browser extensions or saved cache.
5. Check your Internet Connection
Weak or unstable connection?
Restart your router.
Or switch to another network to try.
6. Avoid Translation Tools
They can cause failures. Set your language directly in Ontop.
7. Problems paying?
Quick review:
Make sure you have admin access on the platform.
Check the payment date. It must be today or in the future.
All invoices must have an amount in order to be paid.
Managers cannot make payments.
