Do you manage several contractors at the same time? Now you can manage large volumes of contracts directly from the tab Onboarding in the section My Workforce, without repeating manual tasks over and over again.
With the Mass Actions , you can:
Send multiple invitations to sign
Send multiple reminders to those who have not yet signed
These features are designed to help Administrators and Managers save time, reduce manual effort, and keep the onboarding process running smoothly, especially when managing high-volume hires.
Why use mass actions?
Previously, signing contracts or sending reminders required doing them one by one.
Now you can manage them all in a single flow:
Faster onboarding: from shipment to the beginning, in less time.
Less manual work: avoid repeating the same action for each contract.
Less delays: keep contractors and HR team HH. synchronized and up to date.
Send invitations and reminders in bulk
If you are managing the onboarding of multiple contractors, you can now send invitations or reminders to sign pending contracts with a single click.
How it works
go to your Onboarding Tab.
In the upper right corner you will find two new buttons:
Send multiple invitations
Send multiple reminders
Click the option you want to use.
A confirmation window will appear.
Confirm the action; Ontop will automatically send reminders or invitations to all eligible contracts (for example, those with signature pending ).
You will see a confirmation message once the process has completed successfully.
Tips and good practices
Use each bulk function once a day to avoid duplicate notifications.
Use search and filters to review and manage your actions more easily.
Frequently asked questions
1. Can I send reminders or invitations to only some workers?
Not yet. In this version, reminders and invitations are automatically sent to all eligible contracts.
3. How will I know if my mass action worked?
You'll see a confirmation message once the signatures, invitations, or reminders have been successfully sent.
4. Do I need special permissions to use mass actions?
Only the Administrators and Managers with access to tab Incorporation can use these functions.
