Ontop offers comprehensive visa management services for clients looking to hire international talent. Our goal is to facilitate the process, reduce risks and ensure legal compliance. Below, we detail each stage of the service:
1. Customer Request
The client requests Ontop to start the visa application process for a specific candidate.
2. Approximate Cost and Time
Ontop's EOR (Employer of Record) team will send an estimate of the cost and estimated time the process will take. In addition, each step will be explained in detail to the client.
3. Feasibility Analysis
Once the client confirms their interest, a form will be sent to review the feasibility of the request. This form will be evaluated with our partners to determine the likelihood of approval.
Important: This step has a cost of USD $200 and is not refundable .
4. Positive Result
If the result is favorable, the formal process continues. The candidate will be connected to the relevant payroll service provider to initiate their onboarding.
5. INITIAL MEETING
A virtual meeting is scheduled to explain the entire process and share a list of necessary documents, including:
- Valid passport
- Updated CV
- Criminal record certificate
- Educational qualifications
- Flight reservation (if applicable)
- bank statement
- Reference letter
6. Collection of Documents
All employer and candidate documents are carefully collected and reviewed to ensure validity and compliance.
7. Visa Appointment
This is the official start of the application process. Includes:
- Advice on how and where to schedule the appointment
- Complete and submit the application form
- Payment of consular fees (at the expense of the applicant)
8. Results and Monitoring
The status of the application is monitored at the embassy. If approved, visa details are verified, the candidate is informed and relocation steps are coordinated.
