1. Submission of the Application
To initiate any request, please send an email to our support address: employmentcare@getontop.com .
We suggest you include the following information in your message to facilitate faster service:
- Full name
- Your position or position
- Detailed description of the request or problem
- Any relevant documents or screenshots (if applicable)
Response Time: Once your request is received, our team will review it and respond to you within a period of 3 to 5 business days . In complex cases, this time may be slightly extended, but we will always keep you informed about the status of the process.
2. Virtual Sessions
In certain situations, a virtual session may be required to assist you in more detail—especially if your request involves multiple steps or requires real-time clarification. These sessions are individual meetings between you and an analyst from the Employee Care team.
Scheduling Process:
- If it is determined that a virtual session is necessary, our team will contact you to propose some available times, depending on the availability of both parties.
- Once a date and time is agreed upon, you will receive a calendar invite with session details.
- Meetings are generally held via Zoom or Google Meet, and the link will be included in the invitation.
These sessions are designed to provide you with personalized support and ensure that all your concerns are resolved in a clear and timely manner.
