This article details communication responsibilities during the hiring process, as well as important reminders to ensure compliance and clarity between all parties involved.
📨 Communication with the Employee
- The Employee Care Analyst (EC Analyst) is solely responsible for maintaining communication with the employee during the hiring process.
- Communication with the employee must be carried out exclusively by email .
- The Account Executives (AE) and Operations Managers (OM) they should not communicate directly with the employee under any circumstances.
- If the employee does not respond to the hiring process, the Employee Care team will send automated messages by WhatsApp via Braze as a reminder.
- These messages are not real-time conversations, but will include the contact information for the assigned EC Analyst so the employee can communicate directly.
📢 Communication with the Client
- The Employee Care Analyst is not responsible of general communication with the client.
- It is the responsibility of Account Executive (AE) and of Operations Manager (OM) keep the client informed about the progress of the hiring process.

📌 Important Reminders of the Hiring Process

The hiring process
can't start
until the following requirements are met:
- The MSA (Master Service Agreement) is signed and uploaded to the platform
- The KYB (Know Your Business) is approved
- has been carried out initial deposit
- By data protection reasons , the Employee Care team cannot share the signed contract with the client. However, we can deliver a preliminary version without sensitive information.
- The hiring process typically takes 10 business days . If the employee is a foreigner, the process may take between 3 to 5 additional business days .
- Contracts are drawn up according to the labor laws of each country. Any modification may require a legal review, which could delay the process for more than a week.
- In some countries, the contract must be signed in person . Please consult with the Employee Care team if this applies to your case.
- The contract will not be sent to the employee until he has submitted all of his documentation and his KYC (Know Your Customer) is approved.
