The Alerts Panel keeps you informed with real-time updates on payments, account notifications, and any important actions you need to take.
1. Where to find the Alerts Panel?
You will see the Alerts Panel as soon as you log in. You can also access it at any time from the top right corner of your dashboard.
2. What alerts will I receive?
You will receive notifications about:
Confirmations and payment problems
Account notifications
Important updates or actions required
3. Do I need to enable alerts?
No! Alerts are displayed automatically so you never miss anything important.
4. Do you have questions about an alert?
If you are unsure about an alert or need help, please contact our support team through the Help Center or chat with us on the platform.

5. Can I choose which alerts to receive?
Not yet! But we are working on a flexible setup that will allow you to:
Choose what types of alerts to receive
Define where to receive them (In-app, Email, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams)
Set custom times and preferences
6. Who on my team receives alerts?
Currently, only administrators receive alerts to maintain privacy and control. We are planning an update that will allow team managers to receive specific notifications for their teams in the future.
7. Why am I receiving some emails but not seeing them in the Alerts Panel (and vice versa)?
Emails are typically confirmation emails (e.g. payment completed, contract signed), while the Alerts Panel focuses on actionable notifications. Soon we will work to unify all notifications in a single center.
8. What happens if I don't see an alert that I did see before?
The Alerts Panel shows only the 30 most recent alerts to keep everything organized. Older alerts are automatically removed from the list.
9. Can I organize alerts by topic?
For now, alerts are displayed chronologically, with the most recent at the top. Future updates will introduce options to:
Filter by topic
Use unread and priority filters
Enjoy more powerful organization tools
