Mistakes happen. Don't worry, most of them are fixed in a minute and without extra help. These are the most common:
Error with guard (cache)
Payment data is missing (date or amount)
No payment methods available
Inactive account
Let's put everything in order.
1. Give your Browser a Force Restart (Hard Refresh)
Clear Ontop cache without touching the rest of your pages.

Cmd (⌘) + Shift (⇧) + RorShift (⇧) + Reload
Firefox
Windows/Linux:

2. Log out and log back in
Yes, it sounds basic, but it refreshes your session and eliminates temporary glitches.
3. Clear Cache and Cookies
Old data can clash with new updates. Clear your browser's cache and cookies to start clean.
4. Try Incognito Mode
Open a private/incognito window. If the error does not occur there, extensions or saved cache may be to blame.
5. Check Your Internet Connection
Weak or unstable connection?
Restart your router.
Switch to another network to test.
6. Avoid Translation Tools
They can break things. Set your language directly in Ontop.
7. Problems Paying
Before clicking pay:
Verify that the payment date is today or a future date.
Only the Administrators They can make payments (Managers cannot).
Invoices must have actual amounts (not test values).
If you receive the message "We couldn't get available payment methods" or "We couldn't get available payment methods", please try deleting and recreating the payment. Also make sure you don't have a banner on your home screen asking you to update your account details.
