How to Remove a Saved Payout Method

Time for a little digital housekeeping? If you have an old bank account or card you no longer use, removing it from your Ontop account is easy.

Here’s how to do it in just a few clicks.

Removing a Method in 4 Quick Steps

1. Find Your Saved Methods First, head to your Wallet and click on Send money. This will bring up a list of all your saved payout options.
2. Locate the One to Remove Find the account, card, or wallet you want to delete. They’re neatly organized for you under "My personal accounts" and "Third-party accounts."
3. View the Details On the method you want to remove, just click the View Info option.
4. Click Delete A new screen will pop up with the saved details. See the Delete account button? Click it, and you're all set. The method will be removed instantly.
