What changed?
We've added dynamic limits to money transfers to enhance security.
In some cases, if your total shipments exceed your monthly limit, we may ask you additional information before processing the shipment.
The limit is calculated according to:
Your user profile
your country
Your activity history
You can review your limits at any time at:
Account Settings → Sending Limits
Why are we making this change?
To take better care of yourself.
This setting allows us:
Protect your money
Prevent unauthorized activities
Keep shipments secure when amounts increase
This change affects only a very small group of users.
Most shipments will continue to flow as normal.
How does it work?
We explain it to you step by step:
Step 1: Create a shipment
You start shipping as usual.
If the monthly total exceeds your limit, a review is triggered.
Step 2: Request for information
If necessary, we will ask you for a document or simple proof that explains the purpose of the shipment.
The app will show you exactly what you should upload
You will have up to 12 hours to complete it
Step 3: Review
Once you send the information:
The shipment will be marked as Under review
You can follow the status from the shipping details
Step 4: Final result
If approved:
You will need to confirm the final amount again.
We will then process the shipment
If rejected:
Shipping will be canceled
You will see the reason directly in the app
What happens if I don't respond within 12 hours?
If we do not receive the requested information:
The shipment is canceled automatically
Your money remains safe in your Wallet
You can create a new shipment when you are ready
No penalties. No scares.
Do I lose my money if the shipment is cancelled?
No.
Only the shipment is canceled — not your funds.
Your money is still available in your Wallet.
