With Reserve Credits you have a semester budget to get money back on purchases you make in experiences, wellness, pets, and learning. It resets every semester and doesn't carry over. Use it before it expires.
Reserve Credits are not available during the free trial.
How much do you have available?

Unused balance expires at the end of each semester. It does not carry over to the next period.
If a purchase already earns cashback, it does not qualify for Reserve Credits.
How to claim
- Pay with your Ontop Platinum Card in an eligible category
- Open the app and tap the "Reserve pays off" banner
- Go to Reserve Credits and select the category
- Fill out the form with category, date, and amount
- Upload your receipt
- Once validated, the reimbursement is credited to your account
What your receipt must include
For your request to be approved without issues:
- Merchant name clearly visible
- Transaction date
- Total amount
- Must show the payment was made with your Ontop Platinum Card
- Clear and legible image, no blurry photos
- The request must be submitted within the same month as the purchase
How long does the receipt review and refund process take?
The estimated timeframe is 3 business days. Once the process is complete, you will receive a notification.
