Here's exactly what to do to use each benefit, what happens behind the scenes, and how it shows up in your account.
Cashback
No activation needed. Just pay with your Ontop Platinum Card and the system identifies the merchant category and applies the corresponding percentage automatically.
You'll see it reflected in your transaction history as "Cashback", directly in your USD balance. In some cases it's instant, in others it's adjusted at the end of the month.
Transfer discount
Make your transfer normally from your Global Account. The system registers that you have Reserve and calculates the 50% discount on the fixed fee. The benefit is not applied at the time of transfer, but credited at the end of the month as a balance adjustment.

- Reach out to us with your receipt
- We validate the case and refund 100%

Lost luggage assistance
- Purchase your flight with your Ontop Platinum Card
- If your luggage is lost, file a report with the airline
- Reach out to us with your receipt within 48 hours of arrival
- We validate the case and credit the amount to your balance
- Domestic flights: USD 150
- International flights: USD 250
Not automatic. Request-based.
Reserve Credits
- Pay with your Ontop Platinum Card in an eligible category
- Open the "Reserve pays off" banner in the app
- Go to Reserve Credits and select the category
- Upload your receipt and choose the amount to redeem
- Once validated, the reimbursement is credited to your account
The budget is non-cumulative. It resets every semester. If a purchase earns cashback, it does not qualify for Reserve Credits.
Physical card
Request it from the app. Shipping is completely free for Reserve members. You'll receive tracking once it's processed.
