Reserve benefits apply to purchases made with your Ontop Platinum Card, regardless of whether your balance comes from your Payroll Account or your Personal Account (USDc).

During the trial:

- Cancel before day 7 with no charge
- Does not include VIP lounge access, travel assistance, or Reserve Credits
If you cancel during the trial, you keep access until day 7 and no charge is made.

Although billed monthly, the commitment is annual. Canceling does not remove pending payments for the committed period.
Payment is charged at the end of day 7 of the trial based on the option you selected.

A semester budget to receive reimbursements on purchases made with your Ontop Platinum Card. Non-cumulative between semesters. Not available during the free trial.

If a purchase already earns cashback, it does not qualify for Reserve Credits.
Preferential transfer rates
50% off fixed bank transfer fees, for personal and third-party accounts. The benefit is credited at the end of the month as a balance adjustment.
Premium perks
VIP airport lounges
Pay for access with your Ontop Platinum Card, submit your receipt from the app, and receive a 100% refund. Not automatic, request-based.
Currently, enjoy unlimited reimbursement amounts and unlimited lounge visits. This benefit is subject to change at any time in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
The fee for accompanying passengers is subject to validation by Ontop.
Lost luggage assistance
If you purchased your flight with your Ontop Platinum Card and have an active Reserve membership:
- Domestic flights: USD 150
- International flights: USD 250
To claim: file a formal report with the airline and submit your claim via the app within 48 hours of arrival.
Rotating perks
Gift cards, discounts, and special experiences that refresh periodically.
Coming from Wanderlust?
You can upgrade directly from the app:
- Open the Ontop app
- Tap your Ontop Platinum Card
- Go to your membership section and select Upgrade to Reserve
- Confirm
Once you switch, you can't go back to Wanderlust.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the app or web. Go to your Account profile, select "My Subscription Plan" and follow the steps:
- You keep benefits until the end of the paid period
- No refunds for unused time
- Free trial can only be used once
- Legacy monthly plans are not available again once canceled
Already had Reserve before February 4?
Your plan is respected. If you have a monthly plan, you can keep it. If you cancel, only the annual subscription will be available.
