🆓 Free Trial (7 days)

1. How does it work?

• You activate the free trial from the app
• You have access to selected benefits for 7 days

2. What can you do?

• Use cashback ( cap of $100 USD during the trial)
• Make transfers
• Access selected perks

3. What happens at the end?

• You can decide whether to continue with the subscription
• If not, it is canceled free of charge.

💸 Cashback

1. What are the benefits?

• ✈️ 10% on flights 
• 🏡 10% on Airbnb and Booking 
• 🚗 10% on ride apps 
• 👗 5% on fashion 
• 🍔 5% in restaurants and homes 
• 🎬 5% on entertainment 

2. How do you acquire it?

You pay with your Ontop Card (Visa) .

• The purchase is automatically registered in the system
• The category of trade is identified
• The corresponding cashback % is applied

👉 You don't have to activate anything. Just use the card.

3. How do you receive it?

• It is credited to your balance in USD 
• It can be seen as a type transaction “Cashback” or adjustment

4. Where do you see it?

• in your transaction history 
• Reflected directly in your balance

💱Transfers

1. How does it work?

You make a transfer from your Wallet to:

• your bank account
• or the bank account of a third party

2. What happens behind?

• The system registers that you have Reserve

• It is calculated:

  • 50% discount on the fixed rate of the transfer
  • The rate depends on the destination country

👉 Important: these benefits not applicable at the moment

3. How do you receive it?

• At the end of the month a closure 
• The total accumulated benefits are calculated
• It is credited to your balance as an adjustment

🌍 Travel Assistance (lost luggage)

1. What is it?

Assistance in case of lost luggage if you purchased your flight with the Ontop Card.

2. How does it work?

1. You buy the flight with your Ontop Card
2. You report the loss to the airline
3. You contact us with the case and the receipt

3. What happens next?

• The case is validated
• The corresponding amount is credited to your balance

4. How much do you receive?

• $150 USD → domestic flights
• $250 USD → international flights

👉 It is not automatic. It is upon request.

1. How does it work?

• You pay for access to a VIP room with your Ontop Card

2. What do you do next?

• You contact us
• Send proof of payment

3. What's happening?

• The case is validated
• If you refund 100% of the cost

You have access to  benefits with a semi-annual budget per category.

👉 They all work the same:

1. You pay with your Ontop Card
2. You send us the receipt
3. You request the refund from your budget

• $150 USD per semester

📚Growth 

• Courses, certifications, education
• $100 USD per semester

🧘 Wellness

• Medical services, wellness, spas
• $100 USD per semester

🐾 Companion 

• Pet services or products
• $100 USD per semester

📌 How does the budget work?

• You can use it partially or completely (e.g. $50, $100, etc.)
• It is deducted from your available space
• It is not acumulative, it restarts every semester.

• You request your card from the app

2. What happens next?

• The shipment is processed
• You receive tracking according to your country

• Shipping completely free for being a Reserve user
