• Important about ACH: Do not attempt to cancel from your bank as this could block youraccount.

Cancel a Transaction in 4 Steps

1. Go to Invoices in the Payments menu.

2. Open the Transactions tab at the top.

3. Find the transaction, click the three dots, and hit Cancel transaction.

4. Confirm it with Confirm.
