Keeping your Ontop Platinum Card secure

You have full control over your card's security, directly from the app. Here are all the tools available to keep your money safe.

Freeze your card

If you can't find your card or want to pause payments temporarily:

1. Go to the Card tab in the app
2. Tap the gear icon ⚙️ to open Card Settings
3. Select Freeze card and confirm

Your card is blocked instantly. You can unfreeze it anytime with the same steps.

Cancel your card permanently

If your card was stolen or you detect fraudulent activity:

1. Go to Card Settings ⚙️
2. Select Cancel card
3. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. You'll need to request a new card from the app.

You can check your remaining daily or monthly allowance anytime in Card Settings.
