Activating your card takes less than a minute. Here's how to do it for both your digital and physical card.
Digital card
You can activate it as soon as your first payment arrives.
- Log in to the Ontop app
- Go to Home
- Tap "Activate my Ontop Card"
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Done. Your digital card is ready for online purchases instantly.
You cannot activate your card until your first payment has successfully arrived in your account.
Physical card
When your card arrives in the mail:
- Open the Ontop app and go to Home
- Swipe to the Physical Card banner
- Tap "Activate my Ontop Card"
- Scan the QR code included inside the card packaging
- Create your 4-digit PIN
Done. Your physical card is linked to your Global Account and ready to use anywhere Visa is accepted.
