Sending money to crypto from Ontop is fast and secure. But it requires attention: crypto transfers are irreversible. Check everything carefully before confirming.
Before you start
- Make sure you have available balance in your Global Account
- Verify your crypto account address carefully
- Confirm the network you select in Ontop exactly matches the network your destination account supports
If the networks don't match, funds are permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
How do I send money to crypto?
- Open the app and tap Send Money
- Select My account (crypto transfers are only available for your own accounts)
- Tap Add account
- Select Cryptocurrency
- Enter the details:
- Provider (Binance, Lemon Cash, etc.)
- Currency: USDT or USDC
- Network: BEP-20, ERC-20, TRC-20, MATIC, or SOL
- Paste your account address, don't type it manually
- Enter the amount
- Review everything and confirm
Keep in mind that the network fee is variable and will be displayed once you're requesting the transfer. Solana, Polygon, and BNB Smart Chain typically have lower fees.
Adding a new crypto account for the first time?
You'll need to complete a FaceMatch verification. It's quick and only required once per new account.
How long does it take?

Can I cancel a crypto transfer?

You'll receive a confirmation email and can check the status in your transaction history.
