Sending money to Payoneer from Ontop requires a one-time account linking. Once that's done, transfers are just a few taps.
Step 1: Link your accounts
Before your first transfer, you need to connect your Ontop account with your Payoneer account. This only needs to be done once.
- Reach out via the in-app chat
- We'll send you a unique, personal link
- Tap the link and follow the steps to authorize the connection
Your Payoneer account must be active and verified before linking. Without this step, the transfer cannot be processed.
How to send money to Payoneer
Once your accounts are linked:
- Open the app and tap Send Money
- Select My account
- Choose Payoneer from your list of methods
- Enter the email associated with your Payoneer account
- Enter the amount
- Review and confirm
The app shows fees in real time before you confirm.
Why might my transfer fail?
Linking not completed You need to connect your accounts before your first transfer. Reach out to us to receive the connection link.
Inactive Payoneer account Check directly in Payoneer that your account is active and ready to receive funds.
How do I track it?
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately and can check the status in your transaction history.
