Step 3: Authorize the connection
Click the link and follow the steps to link your accounts.
Ready. You don't have to repeat this process.
⚠️ Important:
You must complete this linking before your first withdrawal.
Your Payoneer account must be active and verified.
Without linking, the shipment cannot be processed.
How do I withdraw money to Payoneer?
Once the accounts are connected, it's super easy:
Step 1: Enter your Wallet
Touch Send money .
Step 2: Choose “My account”
Select the option to send to your personal accounts.
Step 3: Select Payoneer
Choose Payoneer from your list of methods.
Enter the email associated with your Payoneer account.
Step 4: Define the amount
Write how much you want to withdraw.
You will see the commissions in real time before confirming.
Step 5: Confirm
Check everything and touch Confirm .
And that's it. Money on the way.
Why might my transfer fail?
The most common reasons are:

You must connect the accounts first.

2️⃣ Your Payoneer account is inactive
It may not be verified or ready to receive funds.
Solution: Check your account directly in Payoneer.
