How to Make a Payment with US Wire Transfer

Paying by U.S. wire? Here’s how to do it right! 

1. Start your payment by transfer 

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Pay contractors

   • Create a new payment, choose the workers you’d like to pay and click Pay now.

2. Confirm your payment

   • Choose your preferred method and choose US Wire.

     

3. Click Pay Now 

   • You will see all the instructions to complete the transfer

     

   • Use this information to make the transfer from your bank.
   • Important: Always include your reference number in the transfer. If you skip it, processing may be delayed.

4. Payment cost: $15 per transaction

5. Estimated approval time: About 1 business day

2. Track your payment

1. Go to Invoices and upload your receipt to finish the process.

   

2. Confirm within 48 hours to avoid setbacks.

You have up to 10 days to complete the payment and upload the receipt.
