Do you want to move your profits? Whether you send money to your own account or to someone else, the process is the same.

How do I send money?
Step 1: Enter your Wallet
Open the app and tap Send money .
Step 2: Choose the recipient type
You will see two options:
my account (your personal bank account)
Other recipients (person or company)
Then play Add account .
Step 3: Select the country
Choose the country where the bank account is located.
Step 4: Choose the method
Select Bank transfer .
Important:
For third parties, bank transfer is the only method available.
Other methods (such as crypto or alternative options) may be available only for proprietary accounts.
Step 5: Enter the data
We will ask you:
Full name
Identification number
Account number
Full address
Currency in which you want the money to be received
💡 Make sure the data exactly matches the bank's.
First time sending to that account?
We do a quick check:
It usually takes 1–2 hours
In some cases up to 24 hours
We will notify you when it is approved.
Step 6: Define the amount
You will see the commission in real time.
Step 7: Review and confirm
Check everything calmly and play Confirm .
Ready.
Important limits
For bank transfers:
$10,000 USD per transfer
$30,000 USD every 24 hours
If you exceed the daily limit, transfers will be blocked until 24 hours have passed since your last transfer.
How do I follow up?
You will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to see the status in your Wallet history.
Can I cancel a transfer?
First check the status:
SENT → It's already on its way. It cannot be reversed.
IN PROGRESS → Write to us immediately. We will do our best to help you.
