Ready to move your earnings from your Ontop Wallet to your personal bank account? Excellent! The process is very simple. Here we explain the step by step.
Withdraw your funds in 5 steps
- Start the transfer: from your Wallet , click 'Send money' and then choose 'Transfer to a new personal account' .
- Choose 'Bank Transfer': Select 'Bank Transfer' from the list and choose the country of your bank.
-
Select your bank and currency:
Find your bank in the list and choose how you want to receive the money (for example, in USD or your local currency, depending on what's available).
💡 Important: The exchange rate is set by our authorized payment providers , not by Ontop .
Ontop has no control nor can it modify the conversion rate used in your transfers.
All rates are determined in real time at the time of the trade.
-
Enter your account information:
This is the most important part. Carefully enter your full name, ID number and account number.
- Pro-Tip: Make sure every detail matches exactly with what your bank has on file to avoid any delay.
- Define the amount and confirm: Enter how much you want to withdraw, check real-time rates and click 'Confirm' . That's all!
One detail: The limit per bank transfer is $10,000 USD, and a limit of $30,000 every 24 hours. If you exceed the limit of $30,000 , transfers from the app will be blocked until 24 hours have passed since your last transfer.
Follow your money trail
The money is already on the way. You will receive a confirmation email instantly and you will be able to see the progress of the shipment in the transaction history of your Wallet.
Do you need proof?
It's easy. For any completed transfer:
- go to your Wallet and open your transaction history.
- Click on the transfer you need a receipt for.
- Touch the button 'Share / Download receipt' . You can save it or send it to wherever you need it.
Do you need to cancel a bank transfer or transaction?
The first thing you should do is check the status of your payment on the platform.
- If the state is SENT : The money is already on its way and cannot be recovered. Think of it like a letter that's already in the mail.
- If the state is IN PROGRESS : there may still be a chance. Contact our support team immediately . We will do our best to request cancellation, but we cannot always guarantee it.
Pro-Tip : Always review your transaction details one last time before confirming it. It will save you a lot of trouble!
