Have an account or card you no longer use? Remove it in seconds from the app.
How do I delete a payment method?
- Open the app and tap Send Money
- Choose the account type:
- My account: your own accounts
- Someone else's account: third-party accounts
- Find the method you want to delete
- Tap it to view the details
- Tap Delete account
Done. It's removed instantly.
Why can't I delete it?
If the option isn't available, it may be because:
- There's a transfer in process
- It's linked to a pending transaction
Once the transaction is complete, you'll be able to delete it without issues.
