Let's sign that contract! ✍️

Ready to sign and activate your contract. Don't waste time. Here we show you three quick and easy ways to do it. For everything to be perfect, we recommend using a computer.

 

Option 1: Sign right after creating it.

This is the fastest way to complete the process.

  1. Complete the info: Fill out all the information we ask you for the contract.
  2. Review and sign: In the step of Summary , search and click Review contract and sign .
  3. Send: After signing, the contract is automatically sent to your collaborator. Made!

 

Option 2: Sign later from the Onboarding section.

Do you need a break? No problem. Sign when you have a moment.

  1. Go to Onboarding: In your menu, click My Workforce and then in Onboarding .
  2. Find the contract: Look for the one that says Pending my signature and click Sign contract .
  3. Sign and that's it: Take a last look and sign to close the process.

 

Option 3: Sign several contracts at once.

Do you have a lot of pending contracts? Don't sign them one by one. Do it all in one go.

  1. Go to Onboarding: Enter to My Workforce and then to Onboarding .
  2. Choose the option: If you have pending contracts, you will see the button Sign multiple contracts . Click it.
  3. Select contracts: Check the boxes for the contracts you want to sign.
  4. Sign and send: Click Sign selected contracts .

Once signed, contracts will change their status to Pending worker signature and each worker will receive their copy by mail.

 

How do contractors sign?

If you have questions about how a contractor should sign their contract, it is very simple.

Step 1 : Once your account is verified, you must log in to the web platform, not from the app, and a window will appear where you can review the contract before signing it.

We recommend doing this step from your computer, since some Android devices do not allow you to preview the contract. 👀
