1. What is Contract Duplication?
Contract Duplication is a feature that allows you to create new contracts based on existing ones, saving time and reducing errors.
2. How does it benefit me?
✅ Saves time by auto-filling key details.
✅ Reduces manual work and minimizes errors.
✅ Speeds up hiring by simplifying contract creation.
3. How do I duplicate a contract?

Go to the My Workforce section.

Find the contract you want to duplicate (available under the All Contracts and Onboarding tabs).

Click on the Duplicate Contract button.

The new hiring flow will open with pre-filled details—just review, edit any information (like name or email), and finalize.
4. What details are copied?
The following will be pre-filled:

Worker information
-
Compensation details
-
Coverage details
🚨 What is not copied? Start and end dates—you’ll need to add them manually.
5. Who can use this feature?
Clients using the new hiring flow (V2) will have access starting March 26, 2025.
6. Can I edit the pre-filled details?
Yes! You can make any necessary changes before finalizing the contract.
7. What if I don’t see the Duplicate Contract button?
Make sure that:
✔️ You’re using the new hiring flow (V2).
✔️ The contract is not in Draft status.
