You already have the contracts ready. Now it's time to sign them so they can take action. Just one? A lot? It doesn't matter, doing it is quick and without twists. We tell you how
Option 1: Sign right after creating the contract
If you're already creating the contract, you don't have to leave and come back later. You can sign it at once.
This is how it is done:
Complete all the contract information
in the step Summary , click Review contract and sign
Give it a final check
Sign and that's it, it is automatically sent to the collaborator
💡 Still don't want to sign? You can choose Sign later or invite another person to sign for you (you only need their email).
Option 2: Sign later from the Onboarding tab
Did you skip the signature during creation? No problem. You can easily resume it:
Go to My Workforce Onboarding
Find the contract with state Pending my signature
Click Sign contract
Review and sign done!
Option 3: Sign several contracts at the same time (yes, all together)
Do you have a stack of contracts waiting for your signature? You don't have to go one by one. Use the mass signature feature and save time.

Click to activate selection mode
Check the boxes of the contracts you want to sign
Do you want to select all the visible ones? Dale
Did you change the page? Selections remain

Once signed, contracts will be updated to Pending worker signature and your team will be notified.
How to establish a default signatory person of the contract
If the same person signs most of your contracts, you can save time by setting up a default signatory person .
What is a default signatory?
A default signer is the person whose name, title, and email is automatically populated for each new contract you create.
You can also save multiple signers to reuse later, in case different people sign your contracts.
How to configure it
Start creating a contract
Go to section Signature
Complete the details of the signatory
Brand “Set as default signer”
Ready! 🎉
What happens next?
Default signer will auto-populate for all future contracts
You can select another saved signer with a single click if you need it
You can edit or change the signatory at any time
The configuration applies to all contract types
Can I use more than one signatory?
Yes.
If your contracts are signed by different people, you can save multiple signers and quickly choose the right one when creating a contract.
Can I change it later?
Yeah.
Simply update the signer's information and set a new one as the default during contract creation.
👀 Do you want to review the contracts before?
Click See summary from the contract list and view the signing status and complete details.
How do contractors sign?
If you have questions about how a contractor should sign their contract, it is very simple.
Step 1 : Once your account is verified, you must log in to the web platform, not from the app, and a window will appear where you can review the contract before signing it.
We recommend doing this step from your computer, since some Android devices do not allow you to preview the contract. 👀
