Follow these steps to create You Sign contracts quickly and easily:
- Click the button "New Contract" in the side menu of the platform.
- Select contractor as the type of worker you want to hire and choose the worker's country of residence.
- Choose the option "Use an Ontop Template" to work with our predefined templates.
- Define the relationship with Ontop by selecting " Ontop as a Payment Agent" , where we manage the payments of your workers.
- Enter the worker's information, including the contract period (start dates up to 30 days in the past and end dates that can be fixed or indefinite), the payment amount and the currency in which it will be made.
- Review the information, confirm the contract and click "Sign Contract" to send it to the worker. If you prefer, you can save it as a draft and review it later.
And that's it! Your You Sign contract will be ready to be sent and managed by us.

🆕 Add a custom ID (Optional)
To simplify your internal record keeping and data reconciliation, you now have the option to add a custom identifier from your own system (for example, an internal employee ID, a cost center code, or a project ID) directly when creating a new contract.

How to add a custom ID
- During the contract creation flow, navigate to the section labeled "Custom Internal ID".

Enter the specific ID that you use internally for this specific hire.
- Note: This field is optional . If you don't have an internal ID, you can leave the field blank and continue creating the contract.
- The ID you enter will be stored along with the contract in Ontop, making it available for future reports and reconciliations.
