Ontop Balance offers a convenient way to manage payments for Ontop services, allowing you to prepay future transactions and access credits instantly.
This guide will take you through the simple steps to top up your Ontop Balance, so you can make payments quickly and efficiently, without delays.
Step-by-step guide to view your balance or load your OnTop Balance:
- Sign in in your Ontop account with your credentials.
- Go to the Ontop Balance section and click on the button "Top-up."
- Choose your payment method preferred: ACH, international or domestic transfers, credit card, or cryptocurrency (please note that cryptocurrency is not available for US customers).
- Enter the amount you want to load into your Ontop Balance, making sure it is within the limit of USD 1,000,000.
- Complete the payment by following the instructions for the selected payment method. Check payment details before sending it.
- Wait for Ontop to review and approve the recharge. Once approved, the Funds will be available instantly in your Ontop Balance.
- Once approved, funds will be immediately available for payments to workers or other Ontop services.
- You can go to the Dashboard and in the section Ontop Balance Click on the Ontop Balance History.
- You can continue to use the funds in your Ontop Balance for future payments, knowing that they are ready for immediate use.
Important notes:
- Payments to Ontop Balance are non-refundable as they are advance payments for Ontop services.
- Transactions that exceed the limit will be rejected.
- Refunds can be requested within 24 hours if there is an error in the transaction amount.

To check your Ontop Balance:
- Log in to your Ontop account.
- Go to section Dashboard (Control Panel) and in Ontop Balance (Ontop Balance) click Ontop Balance History (Ontop Balance History).
- Use the button Top Up (Recharge) if you need to finance upcoming payrolls.
