What do I do if I can't log in? 🔑

Don't worry! It is a rare error but in case it happens, here are 3 options to access your account:

1. ⌨️ Reset Password: When opening the login page, select "Forgot Password?":
   1. Enter the email you use to access your wallet
   2. Click on the link sent to the email
   3. If you are logging in from the web, use your dynamic token from the App. If you are logging in from the App, the dynamic token will be automatically validated. 
   4. Enter your new password.
   5. You will receive a confirmation email
   6. Ready!
      
      
2. 🕶️ Browser in Incognito Mode: Why not try logging in from the browser in incognito mode? Enter here 🕵️‍♂️
   
   
3. Are you using Wi-Fi?:  In some cases the problems may be due to your type of connection, if you are using Wi-Fi try disconnecting and using mobile data
   
   
4. 📱 Ontop App: Download our app on your iOS or Android device and access it easily!

5. 💻 Delete cache: Learn how to clear the cache and cookies of a website with the following options!
   
   Windows/Linux:
   - Hold down the 'Ctrl' key and click 'Reload'.
   - Hold down the 'Ctrl' key and press 'F5'.
   

   MacOS:
   - Hold down the '⇧ Shift' key and click 'Reload'.
   - M Hold down the '⌘ Cmd' and '⇧ Shift' keys and then press 'R'.
