Registering as a business?
You already entered your Tax ID during company registration, so you'll go straight to the form. No extra steps.
Your tax form
Payroll Account only.
Based on your profile, Ontop automatically generates the right form for you:
- W-8 BEN: if you're not a US person
- W-9: if you're a US citizen, resident, or green card holder
Step 1: Review your details
Everything comes pre-filled from your profile. Confirm it's correct.
Step 2: Sign at the bottom
A digital signature, directly from the app.
Step 3: Tap "Continue"
You'll see an "All set!" confirmation and the next step on your checklist will unlock automatically.
