How to get started
Step 1: Click “NewHire” in your Ontop dashboard
Step 2: Select “Contractor”
Step 3: Choose “AI Contract Agent mode” when requested.
Aura will welcome you and start the conversation.
The complete flow
1. Worker information
Aura asks who are you hiring.
Say: “Laura Mendoza, laura@email.com , Senior Designer, March 1”. Aura captures all the information and validates the email.
2. Compensation
Say the amount naturally.
Examples: “3500 monthly” or “$3,500 per month, last day.” Aura understands all formats.
3. Coverage
The options appear within the conversation.

4. Benefits (optional)
Select benefits for your contractor.

You will receive a notification when it is signed.
