Some payments may require an additional step before being processed. Here's how it works so there are no surprises.
What are my limits based on?
Limits are calculated based on:
- Your profile
- Your country
- Your activity history
You can check your current limits anytime in Settings → Payout limits.
How does the process work?
Step 1: You start a payment Everything starts as usual. If the amount exceeds your current monthly limit, a review is triggered.
Step 2: We ask for information If needed, we'll ask for a brief document explaining the purpose of the payment. The app tells you exactly what to upload. You have up to 12 hours to submit it.
Step 3: Review Once you upload the information, your payment goes into review. You'll receive a response within hours. You can track the status directly in the payment details.
Step 4: Result
- If approved: you confirm the final amount and the payment is processed.
- If rejected: the transfer is canceled and you'll see the reason in the app.
What happens if I don't respond within 12 hours?
The payment is automatically canceled. Your money stays in your Global Account, untouched. You can create a new payment whenever you're ready.
Do I lose my money if a payment is canceled?
No. Only the transfer is canceled. Your funds remain in your account, intact.
