Define Ontop’s Role:
Contractor of Record - Ontop agreement (formerly known as Ontop Signs / Service Provider / ONTS)
Direct Hiring (formerly known as YouSign / Payment Agent / DirectPay)
Add Worker Details: Name, email, country
AI Job Description Generator: Add the Job Title of the contractor you want to hire. Below the Job Description field, click on Generate with AI.
Set Compensation: Add pay, frequency, currency
Choose Coverage:
Contractor of Record - Tri-party agreement (formerly known as Contractor Pro / CPRO)
Contractor of Record - Compliance Coverage (Ontop Signs)
Review and sign contract: You’re almost there, send it for signature
3. Can I Save a Contract as a Draft?
Yes, you can save it until the contract is generated.
The draft option disappears if you:
Click Review to see the PDF
Select Sign later or invite someone to sign
4. Can I Hire Multiple Workers at Once?
You can. Bulk hiring lets you onboard several people in one go.

5. What If I Already Have a Signed Contract?
No problem. Just upload your signed document during the hiring process.
6. What Happens After I Click “Review Contract”?
You’ll get a PDF to double-check.
Once you confirm, the worker gets invited to sign.
7. Can I Edit a Contract After It's Generated?
Yes, as long as nobody’s signed it yet.
8. What If I Encounter Issues?
Reach out to your Account Manager or visit the Help Center for support.
9. What If I Don’t Know All Worker Details Yet?
To keep going, you’ll need:
Full name
Email
Country of residence
Missing info? Save it as a draft and come back later.

Yep. You can set them up right in the flow.
