1. Where can I find the new Onboarding table?
- You’ll find the new Onboarding table in the My Workforce section. The Onboarding tab is where you’ll see new hires that are still in the onboarding process. You can still consult all contracts, no matter their status, in the All contracts tab.
2. What information does the Onboarding table show?
- The table includes:
- Worker name
- Worker email
- Worker country
- Start date of the contract
- Type of hire (Contractor or Employee)
- Type of compensation (for contractors)
- First payment date
- Onboarding status
3. How can the Onboarding table help me manage onboarding?
- It gives you a clear view of where each worker is in their onboarding journey and lets you take quick actions. You can check detailed statuses like "Pending account creation" or "Verification incomplete" and perform actions such as editing contracts, sending reminders, or signing contracts.
4. What do the different onboarding statuses mean?
- Pending account creation: We’ve sent an invitation, but the worker hasn’t created their account yet.
- Invitation expired: The invitation link has expired.
- Verification incomplete: The worker has created an account but hasn’t completed KYC/KYB verification.
- Verification in review: We’re still processing the KYC/KYB verification.
- Verification in review (manual): The verification needs additional manual review.
- Verification incomplete (with icon): We have requested the worker additional information or to do their verification again.
- Contract in progress: The EoR contract is being set up.
- Pending worker signature: The client has signed, but we’re waiting for the worker’s signature.
- Pending my signature: The contract is waiting for your signature.
5. What actions can I take from the Onboarding table?
- Edit contract: Make changes to the contract.
- Delete: Remove a contract if it’s not signed by both parties.
- Re-send invitation: Send a new invitation if the previous one expired.
- Send reminder: Prompt the worker to create their account, complete verification, or sign the contract.
- View summary: See detailed info about the worker.
- Sign contract: Sign the contract if it’s waiting for your signature.
6. What should I know about reminders?
- We send reminders for different scenarios, like when workers need to start or finish their KYC, or when we need additional information from them. We’re planning to offer more specific reminder versions in the future.
7. Can different users see different information in the Onboarding table?
- Yes, Admins can view all contracts, while Managers will see only the contracts for their team.
