Where do I find it?
In your Global Account, look for the "Track your payment" section. From there you can follow your payment status step by step.
What does each status mean?
⏳ Awaiting confirmation of your paycheck We've sent your invoice to your company and are waiting for them to process it. Your company still needs to confirm and initiate the payment.
🚀 Your payment is on its way to Ontop Your company has sent the payment, but it hasn't arrived at Ontop yet. This process can take up to 5 business days, depending on the payment method, banking times, and weekends or holidays.
🔄 Your payment is currently being processed The payment has arrived at Ontop and been approved, but the funds haven't appeared in your account yet because it's not your official payment date. If your contract has a specific date, we respect that schedule.
✅ Your payment has arrived Your money is available. You can use it, withdraw it, or move it whenever you want.
What if my payment date falls on a weekend?
The system will process your payment on the date your company has configured. If you'd prefer to receive it on the Friday before, ask your company to adjust the date. The final configuration depends on them.
Where do I confirm my payment date?
Check your contract or ask your company directly. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays may affect processing times.
