What is the Previous Payment Report?
This report includes all the historical information of the payments you have made on the Ontop platform.
Steps to Download the Report:
✔️ Step 1: Go to section "Invoices" in the menu Payments .
✔️ Step 2: Click the button "Report of Previous Payments" located at the top right.
✔️ Step 3: Select the date range and click "Download" . The report will automatically save to your device.

Note: Date range cannot exceed 3 months .
⏳ Downloading may take a few minutes depending on the number of transactions.
✔️ Step 4: Once the download is complete, your Excel file will be ready for analysis.
