You’ve created the contract, sent the invite, or maybe you’re just waiting for a signature? No need to wonder. You can check any contract’s status straight from My Workforce, and we’ll tell you what’s going on and what (if anything) needs to happen next.

📝Before Signing: Still in the Setup Stage
Draft
You started the contract but didn’t finish or send it.
→ Just hop in, finish it, and hit send.
Pending to Invite
Contract’s ready, but no invite has gone out.
→ Send the worker their invite to keep things moving.
Pending Account Creation
You sent the invite, but the worker hasn’t signed up.
→ Nudge them or wait it out.
Invitation Expired
It’s been 15 days and they didn’t sign up.
→ Re-send the invitation (quick fix).
🔎Verification Phase: Worker’s Account in Progress
Verification Incomplete
They created an account but haven’t done their ID check (KYC/KYB).
→ You can remind them, or just hang tight.
Verification in Review (Automatic)
The ID check is under automatic review.
→ No need to lift a finger — we got this.
Verification in Review (Manual)
It’s getting a human review by compliance.
→ Still no action needed — we’ll handle it.
Verification Incomplete (with icon)
Compliance asked for more info or reset the verification.
→ The worker needs to re-submit their info.
✍️Signature Phase: Let’s Make It Official
Pending My Signature
The worker has an account — you just haven’t signed yet.
→ Time to sign on the dotted line.
Pending Worker Signature
You signed — now it’s their turn.
→ Wait or give them a friendly nudge.
✅After Signing: You're Almost There (or Done!)
Starts in X Days
Signed and sealed — contract starts soon.
→ No actions needed, just the countdown.
Active
The contract has started and everything’s in place.
→ Your worker is officially onboarded.
Ended
The contract ended (either by date or early termination).
→ Nothing left to do here.
🔍How to Actually Check the Status
Option 1: From My Workforce
Go to My Workforce (Here you will always be able to see the status of your contracts or workers affiliated with our platform)
Pick your tab:
Onboarding – For unsigned or partially signed contracts
Active – For what’s live or about to be
Ended – For contracts that are closed
Look at the Status column
Hover to get more info
Click View Summary for full contract and signature details
If by mistake you have a worker with 2 active contracts, just select the one you need to terminate and follow the rules of contract termination.
