In this article, we'll guide you through the process of reviewing the status of your contract.
Before we get started, let's familiarize ourselves with the various contract statuses you may encounter:
- Pending My Signature: After creating the contract, the first step is for you to sign it. If you haven’t signed yet, this status will appear on your contract.
- Pending Worker's Signature: Once the company has signed, the worker needs to sign as well. If this hasn't happened, the contract will show this status.
- Starts in X Days: If both parties have signed the contract but the start date hasn’t yet arrived, you’ll see this status indicating how many days are left until the contract is activated.
- Active: Once both parties have signed and the start date has passed, the contract will show this status, confirming it's active and in effect.
- Terminated: This status appears when the contract reaches its termination date, or when one party decides to end it. It indicates the contract is no longer active.
Now that you're familiar with the contract statuses, here are the two ways you can review the status of your contracts:
- From the "Contract List"
- Through the downloadable Excel report
From the "Contract List"
✔️ Step 1: Navigate to the "Contract List" in the contract menu on the platform.
✔️ Step 2: In the table displaying your contracts, look for the "Status" column. Here, you'll find the current status of each contract. Hover your cursor over any status to view a tooltip with a brief explanation.
For a more detailed overview, click on the "View summary" button under the action options to access the contract summary, where you'll also see the status of both signatures.
From the Excel Contract Report
To download an Excel report of your contracts, which will include the status of each one, follow the instructions in this help article on how to download reports.
