We've improved our payment flow with Wire to allow you to preserve the exchange rate of your transaction for up to 10 days. You only need to upload proof of payment when you pay via International Wire or Local Payment, for US Wire you do not need to upload proof.
Where to Upload the Payment Receipt
There are two ways to upload your wire transfer receipt in our platform:
Option 1: After approving your invoices and starting the payment process, select Wire as the payment method. The bank details will be displayed, and you can click on "Upload receipt." This will redirect you to the invoices section, where you can upload your transfer receipt.
Option 2: You can also go directly to the invoices section at any time.

- If you don't upload the receipt within 10 days of approving the transaction, the transaction will be marked as failed, and all invoices will be returned to the "Pay Now" section for you to try again.
- After the transaction is marked as failed, the exchange rate may change.
