With the new Notification Settings Center, you can manage your alert preferences directly from your profile. In this first version, you can activate WhatsApp notifications, while in-app alerts remain always enabled to guarantee you never miss important updates.
What Is the Notification Settings Center?
The Notification Settings Center is a centralized hub where you can:
- View your active notification channels.
- Enable or disable WhatsApp notifications.
- Update your verified phone number.
- Prepare for upcoming communication channel options.
How to Access It
You can find the Notification Settings Center in just a few clicks:
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Notification settings from the dropdown menu.
- You’ll see all available notification channels and their current status.
How to Enable WhatsApp Notifications
- In the Notification Settings Center, find the WhatsApp section.
- Click Set up number.
- Enter your phone number and follow the verification steps (you'll receive a secure OTP code).
- Once verified, you can toggle WhatsApp alerts on or off at any time with a single click.
💡 Note: In-app notifications are always on and cannot be disabled to ensure you never miss important updates directly within the platform..
What Kind of Notifications Will I Get?
You’ll receive important alerts that help you stay on top of time-sensitive tasks, such as:
- Pending onboarding steps from your workers
- Upcoming payment due dates, transaction issues, or subscription delays
