New: "Ended" Contracts Tab in My Workforce

What’s new?

The new Ended list in the My Workforce section helps you better manage your offboarding process and workforce history. 

Why this matters

Previously, ended contracts were grouped with ongoing ones, making it difficult to:

• Identify recently ended contracts
• Analyze workforce changes or prepare rehiring reports

With the new Ended list, you get:

• A clean view of all ended contracts
• A “Recently Ended” smart filter (last 30 days)
• Key contract details like role, country, compensation, and end date
• Fast filtering by hire type, end date, and more
• The ability to download filtered lists for reports

How it works

Inside My Workforce, you’ll now see three tabs:

1. Onboarding – Contracts in progress
2. Active – Ongoing contracts
3. Ended – 🔍 New! Ended or inactive contracts
