To start using our platform, you must complete the Know Your Business (KYB) verification process. Here's how to do it right, step by step — with tips to avoid common mistakes and delays.
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Check your inbox for the invitation email.
- Click the link (expires in 72 hours).
- Create your account using the same email that received the invitation.
- Set a secure password (min. 7 characters, must include a letter, number, and special character).
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Confirm your email using the 6-digit OTP code.
Step 2: Complete the Basic Account Setup
Business Details
- Use the legal name of the company (not the commercial name).
- Include entity type, industry, and country of incorporation.
- Enter the main place of operations (Principal Place of Business).
Primary Authorized User
- This is the person authorized to operate the account and complete the KYB/KYC.
- Must have formal legal authorization to act on behalf of the company.
Common Mistakes to Avoid:
- Using the commercial name instead of the full legal name.
- Entering addresses or countries different from the official incorporation documents.
- Selecting an administrator without legal representation.
Step 3: Access the Verification Panel
After setting up your account, go to your dashboard and click on "Verify your identity". You’ll see four sections — the first one will already be complete. Continue with the following:
Identity Verification
- Must be completed by the Primary Authorized User.
- Use a valid passport, ID card, or driver’s license.
- Ensure it's a photo of the physical document (no screenshots or photocopies).
- Make sure the photo is clear, well-lit, and glasses are removed.
Note: This step can only be done once. If rejected, it must be repeated after the other sections are complete.
Documentation
- Upload the company’s Certificate of Incorporation.
- Upload the correct document for your entity type and country.
- Ensure it's valid, legible, and high quality.
- Match the legal name you entered exactly.
You can replace documents before submission. The status will remain "Ready to submit" until you click the submit button.
Business Owners
- Enter info for the Director with control and shareholders with 25%+ ownership.
- Details needed: full name, ownership percentage, and valid ID for each person.
- Total ownership must equal 100%.
If your company has a company shareholder (like a holding), make sure the structure is clearly defined.
Step 4: Submit the Information
Once all sections are complete, the "Submit information" button will appear. Click it! If not, your data will remain as a draft and won’t be reviewed.
What Happens After Submission?
- Our Compliance team reviews your submission.
- If additional documents are required, you’ll be notified via email and the platform.
- Accurate and complete submissions = faster processing.
KYB Renewal Process (New)
To stay compliant with regulations, we may request KYB updates annually. You'll be notified via email and in-app.
- You can only update your KYB during a renewal window.
- Outside the window, the KYB fields are read-only in Account Settings.
- If business representatives change, you must provide an explanation and documents.
